I am so excited to share with you our latest collaboration with Y2 Leather out of Japan. 

The classic 5 pocket, cotton lined, straight leg pant, made from the same 1.3mm saddle horse hide we used on our NH-55 double riders jacket 

I love everything about these pants so much. 

I wore my own personal pairs of our Y2 leather pants over 10,000km, on and off the bike and OHHHH BABY !

From plus 50 deg to almost 0, those things are AMAZING and I have no doubt that these ones will be just as epic !

Super UV sensitive leather will show the live you live in these bad boys for years to come. 

I've ridden in this pair over 5000km on the bike already and I'm blown away by how they have changed. 

Each and every pair will be completely unique to each person wearing them. 

I wear a 33 in Ironheart 1955 perfectly , and wear a size 34 in these. 

my suggestion is if you are a 32/33 to size to 34 , 34/35 size to 36 ect.

If you plan to ride in these you may want to consider sizing up 2 sizes

 I would also suggest to buy the size that fits as per measurements of your jeans compared to our chart , and not to size down for a "stretch to fit" .

Stretch. 

After 6 months of wear in my Indigo horsehide leather pants, here are the measurements of my 34 compared to new 34

NEW WAIST 16.25" USED 16.5" = .5" stretch 

NEW THIGH 11.75" USED 12.5". =.75" stretch 

NEW KNEE 8.5" USED 9". = .5" stretch

NEW HEM 8.5" USED 9". = .5" stretch 

 You will want to be able to do your pants up right from the get go. 

This leather isn't quite as supple as the 1.3 indigo hide, so I do not expect that it will give in the waistband quickly... ya gotta take your time with these to open em up. 

Always wear a belt when breaking in leather pants..

PLEASE NOTE

INSEAM LENGTHS HAVE BEEN MODIFIED SINCE THE FIRST RUN OF SAMPLES. WE ARE WORKING TO MAKE THESE AS LONG AS WE CAN WHILE STILL HAVING A SINGLE PIECE CONSTRUCTION LANDING AROUND 35"

Note : because of how UV sensitive this leather is hides may have sections of discolouration due to light exposure. This is completely normal and impossible to avoid. Over time these tan marks will all blend together as the hide tans with wear. The pants will all start out the lighter natural pink colour and with time and uv exposure they will darken. Please be aware of this when placing your order.
